How to Win every Boss, Associate and Client with Assertiveness & Attitude
Assertiveness is key in our Role as Assistants – Laura will share some insights on how anyone can become more Assertive, regardless if you are an Introvert or Extrovert – the secret to Assertiveness is finding the courage and the secret to finding that courage is doing research first prior to any ‘Important conversation’ or Event. This is a Skill that can be developed by putting it into practice both in our personal lives as well as at work.

Presentation skills are crucial and this does not only mean to stand in front of an audience and give a speech or presentation.
Through this interactive exercise and Laura sharing her insights and tips and tricks you will really learn the importance of Presenting, be it for an interview, for having a difficult but crucial conversation with your Manager, HR or anyone in your Team. Presenting starts with preparation, content, body language and finding your own personal ‘presentation’ style!
