About Tim Ringo

Tim Ringo is the former Global Leader of IBM’s Global Human Capital Practice, and now Vice President, HR Advisory in SAP SuccessFactors for Europe, Middle East and Africa. His primary focus for nearly 30 years, has been to help organizations create workforce and enterprise transformation through implementation of integrated human capital lifecycle strategy, processes and technologies. He is a sought-after expert on the topic of Human Capital Management and HR.
Tim graduated from The Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He also studied English Literature at Ohio State and New College, Oxford. He began his career in Human Capital Management in 1990, in the Columbus, Ohio office of Andersen Consulting, as one of the early team members of the Change Management Practice, relocating to London in 1997. He joined IBM Global Business Services in 2006 after 16 years at Accenture, where he was Executive Partner Human in Accenture’s Human Performance Service Line. Tim’s wealth of experience in defining and successfully implementing large scale Human Capital programmes has produced measurable results for clients having successfully implemented HCM solutions across most industries, including financial services, communications, high tech, industrial and travel and transportation and in most geographies, including the Americas, Europe and many parts of Asia.
Tim is sought after in the media for expert opinion and interviews with organizations such as The New York Times, Financial Times, The Spectator (Business) and has appeared on Sky News and CNN as a commentator. He is regularly booked as keynote speaker or panelist for Human Capital, HR and IT conferences around the world (China, US, India, Japan, Europe).
